The day after The High Dials perform in Toronto, Trevor will drag his bones out of bed to compete for The Rockers as they take on the Canadian music media in the annual NXNE “Put the Boot In” charity soccer match. The game is open to all at 1pm, BMO Field (wow!), June 20th. Teammates include soccer “stars” from bands like Broken Social Scene, Bedouin Soundclash and Great Big Sea.
All money collected benefits the Right to Play organization, an international charity that uses sport and play programs to improve health, develop life skills, and foster peace for children and communities in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the world.
